INDIANA DOCTOR BARRY EPPLEY (LEFT), A BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON, RECENTLY SUED FORMER PATIENT LUCILLE IACOVELLI AND FILED FOR A PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION, WHICH HE RECEIVED BASED ON THE PRESENTATION OF FRAUDULENT EVIDENCE. TESTIMONY FROM EPPLEY'S LAWYERS ALONE WAS ENOUGH TO OBTAIN AN INJUNCTION ORDER PREVENTING LUCILLE FROM POSTING ADVERSE INFORMATION ABOUT HER 2001 SURGERY DONE BY EPPLEY. JUDGE SARAH EVANS BARKER HAS REJECTED LUCILLE'S EVERY ATTEMPT TO GAIN EQUAL FOOTING IN THE PROCEEDINGS AND HAS EVEN ALLOWED EPPLEY TO BE AN EXPERT WITNESS DESPITE THE FACT THAT HE'S NEVER PROVIDED A WORD OF ACTUAL TESTIMONY.
